“Guardian of the Flex – because even your back deserves a hero.”
At Sparring Point SAP, I work as a massage therapist and, starting in September after completing my final exams, also as a physiotherapist. I love movement, and even more, I enjoy helping people get it back. At Sparring Point, I meet athletes, office warriors, and those who simply need to switch off. On my table, it’s not just about the muscles – it’s about resetting the body and mind.
Outside of work, I actively seek out discomfort – preferably in the mountains during any season. In general, the more unplanned and bizarre something sounds, the better it probably is. I’m always positive, and one of my personality traits is attention to detail – something I bring into every session with my clients.

My WHY:
I’ve gained experience both at school and in practice, but the ones who’ve taught me the most are the people who come to me with back pain or a stiff neck. I work with respect for the body and its limits, while also knowing when it’s time to apply deeper pressure, mobilize, or use a targeted technique.
I combine sports massage, soft tissue techniques, mobilizations and manipulations, fascial release, and breathwork. I enjoy searching for the deeper connections – what hurts isn’t always what’s causing the pain. With me, it’s not just about a pleasant massage, but about a functional approach, which is why every session is different. I also add a pinch of humor and a human touch – because recovery isn’t just about muscles, it’s also about the mind.
