“I live in a way that lets me be proud of who I was during the day when I go to bed at night.”
I am a graduate in Nutrition Counseling and Sports Diagnostics. In my practice, I focus not only on working with clients in the areas of nutrition and physical activity, but also on providing both relaxation and recovery massages. You can often find me at the front desk in the gym – I’m happy to help, advise, and answer any of your questions.
In my free time, I enjoy staying active – running, hiking, or walking in nature, ideally with my dogs. I also practice Pilates and strength training, as I love finding balance between strength, mobility, and inner well-being. Besides sports, I’m passionate about cooking and spending quality time with friends.

My WHY:
Ever since my teenage years, I struggled with confusion and misinformation around nutrition, movement, and my relationship with my body. I lacked proper guidance and understanding of what it truly means to be healthy – both physically and mentally. Instead of balance, I often found myself facing extremes and uncertainty, which only led to more confusion than support.
This personal experience is what sparked my journey of education and a deep search for truthful, sustainable knowledge. Today, I understand how profoundly the right guidance can impact not just someone’s health, but their overall quality of life. That’s why I want to be the person who helps others navigate that path more easily – to support them in understanding their bodies, finding joy in both movement and food, and showing them that self-care doesn’t have to be complicated – once you know how to approach it.
