“Start each day with a positive thought and a grateful heart.”
At Sparring Point, I work as a personal trainer. I’m responsible for the day-to-day operations of the fitness center, organizing sport challenges and events, and providing individual care for clients. I help people discover the joy of movement, improve their fitness, and reach their personal goals.
I specialize in strength and conditioning training, and I’m continuously expanding my knowledge in healthy lifestyle and psychology. In my free time, I enjoy any kind of sport that comes my way, as well as learning, spending time with friends, and being with my family.
Every day, I try to be a source of inspiration for others, to seek out new challenges, and to grow—both in sports and in life.

My WHY:
I believe that movement is a natural part of a healthy and fulfilling life. That’s why my goal is to guide both children and adults toward building a positive relationship with regular and varied physical activity from an early age.
My approach is based on versatility, functionality and understanding movement in a way that can be applied to everyday life. Every training session is built on an individual plan that respects the current abilities, goals and needs of each client. I use both regression and progression to make training effective, safe and sustainable over time.
I work with each client in a professional and human way, always focusing on long-term development – not only physically, but mentally as well. I strive to create an environment where people feel motivated, supported and inspired to learn new skills, explore their potential and grow beyond their comfort zone.
One of my main goals is for everyone to walk away not only with a great feeling from the session, but with real progress toward better fitness, health and overall well-being.
