I study Physical Education and Health Education at the Faculty of Education, Charles University, because I believe that movement and health literacy are the foundations of a good quality life – not only for individuals, but for society as a whole. I enjoy working with children, passing on to them a love for sport, movement, and their own bodies. At the gym, I work at the reception – making great protein shakes and coffee, while trying to improve people’s lives with a smile.

My WHY:
I love environments where people push themselves – whether physically or mentally. The gym feels like a second home to me, and school is the place where change begins. For me, the connection between sport and health makes perfect sense, and I hope to be able to share it with others.
