“Where there’s a will, there’s a way!”
At Sparring Point SAP, I work as the manager and instructor of group classes, as well as the manager of the Fingerka Massage Studio, where I ensure the smooth day-to-day operations. I aim to create a welcoming atmosphere and a sense of community around me. I help people discover the joy of movement, improve their fitness, and reach their personal goals.
Mili Soukupová – energy, movement, and passion all in one. I have been teaching group fitness classes since I was 17. My love for movement began in childhood through dance and gymnastics, and like many others, I was swept up in the wave of aerobics during my teenage years. I gained most of my professional experience in the United Kingdom, where I also worked as a personal trainer.
Some of my biggest achievements came in 2011 and 2012. In 2011, I became a master instructor of the Les Mills Body Attack program and completed several triathlons. The highlight of that time was performing in the opening ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Today, I lead classes for children as young as four months old and work in corporate fitness centers for companies like SAP and Johnson & Johnson. I am also the founder of the successful Junior Zumba Club, which has achieved great results.
I continue to educate myself in the areas of healthy living, training, and motivation. When I have free time, I spend it with my family and three children, or I travel and enjoy culture.
Every day I try to be an inspiration to others, to seek new challenges and keep moving forward – in sport and life.

My WHY:
I believe that movement should be a natural part of life. That’s why we should encourage children to be active from an early age in a fun and playful way, so they build a strong foundation for healthy habits in adulthood.
What I love most about exercise is the combination of movement and music, the variety it offers, and the chance to push personal boundaries. I hope my joy for movement is contagious and will get you moving too!
