“Life isn’t about finding your limits because there are none.”
Hi everyone, my name is Pavel, I am 33 years old, and I work as a massage therapist. I have been involved in sports since I was 5 years old, starting with football, later moving on to squash and foot tennis. I played all these sports at a high level, but due to various health issues at different times in my life, I had to either quit or reduce my participation. However, even those experiences taught me a lot. What matters most is to keep going and never give up.
I have been working in massage therapy for over 11 years and have met many great athletes along the way. I am constantly surrounded by athletes, whether it is basketball players, footballers, hockey players, or others.
I completed my bachelor’s degree at the University of Physical Education and Sport PALESTRA, majoring in Sports and Conditioning Specialist, where I obtained my first massage certification. I also earned certificates as a strength and conditioning coach, lifeguard, and ski instructor. I have used all these certifications in practice, but my main focus has always been massage and everything that comes with it.
As a massage therapist, I have worked and continue to work with several sports clubs. The most enjoyable and still ongoing experience has been my collaboration with the football club Bohemians Praha 1905.

My WHY:
Since I was a child, I’ve always wanted to help people, and over time I realized that the best way I can do that is by relieving their pain through my skills and extensive experience — whether through massage or by offering advice on stretching and exercise. It’s very important to guide them toward an overall healthy lifestyle.
