“Per aspera ad astra – Through hardships to the stars”
At Sparring Point SAP, I work as a personal trainer and group class instructor. My goal is to help people improve their quality of life – not only through training in the gym, but also by supporting a healthy lifestyle overall. I create personalized training plans for each client, based on knowledge of biomechanics, physiology, and rehabilitation, so that the program fits their needs, abilities, and goals.
I study coaching with a specialization in athletics at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University, and I regularly take part in courses and workshops focused on training, healthy movement, and rehabilitation. I’m involved in athletics not only as a coach, but also as an active athlete.
In my free time, I enjoy discovering unconventional sports or grabbing a good cup of coffee. I love trying new things and exploring new places.
Every day I strive to become a better version of myself and move closer to my dream – to do what I truly love and help people on their journey to health, strength, and happiness.

My WHY:
Movement has been an integral part of my life since childhood. Over time, through coaching children and youth and teaching physical education at elementary schools, I realized how fulfilling it is to pass on the joy of movement to others.
I want to share my passion and experience with as many people as possible and support them on their journey toward a healthier and more active lifestyle. My goal is to help each person fully develop their potential, reach their goals, and stay both physically and mentally fit along the way.
