Christmas Party

Our gathering at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport was filled with competition, fun, and challenge. We started the day in style with cold water immersion in the Džbán reservoir, where not only the SPARRING PARTNERS team but also friends and clients joined us. After the refreshing start, we moved to the gym where we pushed our limits. The following blocks offered themed workshops covering athletic fundamentals, sports games, and an online training demonstration by Ondřej Holoubek.

In the afternoon, we continued in the combat room, where we closed the public part of the program and stayed in a smaller group. There, we played playful combat games filled with enthusiasm, laughter, and healthy competitiveness. We wrapped up the teambuilding in the Nad Džbánem restaurant, where we celebrated not only a successful day but also a full year of movement, collaboration, and shared experiences.
