Assistant Mentoring

The mentoring first focused on what it truly means to be an assistant. It also explored the assistant’s role in real practice, including aligning expectations, clarifying the agenda, and finding ways to handle everyday tasks. Participants were introduced to various strategies, tools, and protocols that help make assistant work more efficient and support the creation of functional processes. The goal was to present approaches to a working style that is not only effective but also sustainable and beneficial for the entire team.
