New week – new goals!
We continue our online lessons, below we have prepared group lessons for you
for the next week. Enjoy active mornings with us.
- Monday 10AM – Flow Yoga (60min) with Bára;
- Tuesday 10AM – Pilates (60min) with Mili;
- Wednesday 7.30AM – Morning yoga (30-45min);
- Thursday 10AM – LBT: legs, bum&tumny (60 min), conditioning class with Mili.
You can participate by entering Zoom through the buttons below, just pick
your button. The links will be working without the button as well, just make sure
you are on proper link at the right time, so you will not miss the lesson.
