Dear Clients,

we continue with our group lessons’ system, see the schedule for next week. You can follow this schedule and enjoy all the lessons we have for you. All the lessons remain online live. We will let you know if anything change.

Schedule for next week:

  • Monday 8:30 AM –  Athletic cardio with  Mili (60 min)
  • Tuesday 9:00 AM – Vinyasana yoga with Bara (60 min)
  • Wednesday 7:00 AM – Yoga with Tereza (30 min)
  • Thursday 10:30 AM – Feldenkrais method with Eva (60 min)

You can participate by entering Zoom through the buttons below, just pick your button. The links will be working without the button as well, just make sure you are on proper link at the right time, so you will not miss the lesson.
