I am Tereza, a yoga and mindfulness instructor and I would like to invite you to our yoga online classes! Classes will take place every Tuesday from 7:30 to 8 am, starting next week on the 19th May.
Give yourself the opportunity to start your day in a positive and healthy way! Join us for a morning wake up yoga with a focus on mindfulness, stilling the mind and conscious breathing. We will meet over Zoom and the classes are free for you.
