Dear Clients,
today we have for you our own video that was prepared by our trainer Dan where he will show you another great exercise that you can perform on your own without worries about technique and injury risk. This exercise is very easy but also very effective.
We are talking about an unilateral variation of the overhead press with a dumbbell. This exercise will help you develop your shoulder muscles and help you keep your shoulders healthy and mobile. We chose this variation because it’s our favourite and we think that it will be easier for you to learn proper technique than in the case of bilateral variation.
