Dear Clients,

 

we are still with you bringing you new tips every day. Some of our favorite exercises are difficult to perform, so we would like to share with you different variations of the most popular ones.

 

Last week we have talked about the squat exercise, we have shown you the variations of the bilateral squat. Today we will teach you some other variations of the unilateral squat such as the split squats or lunges.
