Dear Clients,

 

have you ever imagined how the Olympians train and what kind of exercises are they using? We know the answer.

 

Last week we have talked about the squat exercise, we have shown you the variations of the bilateral squat. Today we will teach you some other variations of the unilateral squat such as the split squats or lunges which can’t be missed in any Olympic preparation.
