Dear Clients,

 

we have already shown you the basic variation of the dead bug exercise so today we are going to teach some other ways how to perform this exercise which you can use in your own workout.

 

This exercise is a great way how to strengthen your core, improve stability, and get rid of lower back pain which nowadays is a common problem for many people.

 

You can also perform all of these variations at home so it is very practical.
