today we would like to share with you a tip for an exercise which is not that famous but the results are worth try.

 

We will talk about the unilateral variation of the dead lift. The classic dead lift is a very famous and efficient exercise but do you know this single leg alternative.

 

The single-leg dead lift has many benefits this exercise will help you to develop your glutes and hamstrings it also helps you improve your single-leg stability but the biggest advantage is that you can do this exercise at home you don’t need bar and plates as for classic dead lift.
