Dear Clients,

 

hopefully, the situation is getting better, we are still with you bringing you new tips every day. Some of our favorite exercises are difficult to do at home, so we would like to share with you different variations of the most popular ones. Our goal is to help you be able to work out at home without limitations.

 

Last week we have talked about the squat exercise, we have shown you the variations of the bilateral squat. Today we will teach you some other variations of the unilateral squat such as the split squats or lunges.
