Get bigger arms with this exercise

Dear Clients,

 

due to the restrictions which our government has issued, we can’t go to our beloved gyms so we have to keep working at home. Because of that, we would like to share with you another tip for exercise which you can perform at home.

 

Today we are going to talk about push-ups. This exercise is fundamental of bodyweight training. Doing push-ups is a great way how to strengthen your whole upper body.

 

If you can’t do a normal technique don’t worry you can start with some regressions like incline push-ups. Of course, if you’re an advanced athlete and normal technique is too easy you can move up to progressions of this exercise such as decline push-ups or band weighted push-ups.

 

It means that this exercise is truly for everyone.
