Dear Clients,

 

another Friday is here and it means that we have for you a group lessons schedule for the upcoming week, this time with one new lesson. For the first time this Monday, you can participate on the group lesson Body balance at 8:15 AM.

 

The lessons are completely free for you. You just need to be careful to not be late.

 

You can participate by entering the ZOOM meeting by using the buttons below. The passcode for all lessons is SAP.

8:15 AM Morning Yoga with Mili

11:00 AM Boxing without opponent with Matyáš

 

Wednesday 24.2.

8:00 AM Boxing workout with Allen

5:00 PM Yoga for healthy back with Bara

 

Thursday 25.2.

8:15 AM Pilates with Mili 

 

Friday 26.2.

8:15 AM Home circuit with Mili
