Dear Clients,


today we have for you another tip for great exercise that you can do at home with no equipment. This time we will talk about squat.


The squat is one of the fundamental exercises which everyone should do. Even if you are an athlete or just a motion lover this exercise should not miss in your training.


This exercise is a great way how to strengthen your whole lower body especially your quads and glutes.


We also chose squats because there are many regressions and progressions of this exercise so people of all levels can do it.
