Dear Clients,

 

today we have for you another tip for great exercise which you can easily perform at home during this time when we can’t visit our beloved gyms and fitness centers.

 

The exercise we are going to teach you today is the Bird dog exercise. A little bit funny I know :). This exercise is a great way how to strengthen your core muscles and improve your stability.

 

The benefits of this exercise are that you can perform it almost everywhere and it is easy to learn how to perform it right.

 

By performing this exercise you can in a long term help yourself get rid of lower back pain and improve your posture.
