Dear Clients,
we would like to introduce to you our new group lesson which will take place every Monday at 8:15 AM with our new lector Luboš and here are a few sentences where Luboš describes his work:
I have never thought that one day I will stand in front of people and practice. I was exactly that type of child who preferred to sit in front of the TV and eat something. It changed at a relatively late age, I began to feel that my body needed movement so I started visiting various group lessons so I decided to try to be an instructor. I became one in 2015 and since then I have seen not only in myself but also in my clients, how greatly this program benefits us, how we improve and move, and of course “in a healthy body, a healthy spirit.”
