Dear Clients,

 

today we have for you a tip on how to prevent the pain of the eyes after spending a long time at a desk.

 

The average worker spends seven hours a day looking on the computer either in the office or due to working from home. Today we want to show you how to avoid digital eye strain in the workplace.

 

To prevent eyestrain, try to rest your eyes when using the computer for long periods. Rest your eyes for at least 5 minutes after two hours of continuous computer use. Also, for every 20 minutes of computer viewing, look into the distance for 20 seconds to allow your eyes a chance to refocus.

 

Also, some exercises can help you to rest your eyes you can see some of them below.
