Do you miss bench press?

Dear Clients,


we know that many of you miss the gym as much as we do and sometimes it looks very difficult to work out without equipment that we are used to but it is possible. Let us show you that.


What about bench press? It is one of the most popular exercises. Usually, you need bar, plates and a bench to perform this exercise but there are variations that will train your body in the same way that bench press does which you can do at home.


Today our trainer Dan is going to show you some variations of the horizontal press with a rubber band you can use these exercises as the alternative for your bench press to stay in shape. The link for the video is below.
