Dear Clients,

 

do you miss deadlifting as much as we are? The gyms are closed again and almost no one has the opportunity to work out with weights at home so today we are going to show you that even at home without usual equipment we can do dead lift efficiently.

 

In today’s video our trainer Dan will teach you how to perform dead lift with a common rubber band so you can do it at home.

 

The dead lift exercise is very effective especially for athletes but also for normal people. This exercise is a great way how to strengthen your glutes and develop tri extension.
