Dear Clients,

 

today we will talk about an exercise that you probably will not know from some public fitness center. This time we would like to show you palloff press.

 

Great exercise but sometimes underestimated. This exercise strengthens your core improves stability and can help with lower back pain.

 

We can recommend this exercise especially when you are in a home office and your posture is not ideal for a long period of time.
