Dear Clients,


today we have for you another video where our trainer Dan will teach you some ways how to develop your home workout with some basic equipment.


In this video, Dan will show some variations of the overhead press exercise with the band. The rubber band is of the most versatile equipment there are many exercises that you can do with this equipment for the whole body.


Let’s get big and strong shoulders during the Christmas holidays and start the New year properly.
