we would like to present to you three new lessons that we will offer from next week.
First, on Tuesday at 11:00 AM we will newly provide Boxing without opponent. This lesson will be led by our lector Matyáš Táborský. Here is Matyáš’s invitation:
In order to truly become a boxer you need someone who puts you under pressure, someone you can react to, and someone you can hit.
Second, on Wednesday at 8:00 AM we will bring you the Boxing workout. This lesson will be led by our lector Allan Garuba. Here is Allan’s invitation:
Body movement is essential for mental and physical health. Health is your wealth, therefore we offer you training that is being put to practice by boxers that will get you going for the day. You will work out your whole body to strengthen your muscles and improve your stamina.
And Third, on Thursday at 5:00 PM, there will be a new lesson Home office self physio. This lesson will be led by our physiotherapist Štěpán Němec. Here is Štěpán’s invitation:
The class combines mobility and flexibility exercise to build back strength and stabilize the intervertebral discs fixation. The best way how to compensate for the prolonged time sitting on the chair during the home office.
