today we have for you the final part of our youtube mini serie by our trainer Daniel Zach about tips for healthy shoulders.

 

Last time Dan showed you some ways how to improve your shoulder mobility mainly in the vertical way.

 

This time he is going to show you some more exercises which will help you improve your shoulder mobility mainly in a horizontal way.

 

You can use these exercises for example before your training when you know that you need your shoulders to get a full range of motion or when you feel pain in your shoulders.
