Dear Clients,

 

for the start of a new week, we are bringing to you a schedule for upcoming lessons.

 

We just want to remind you that you can join every lesson you want you don’t have to book a place for the lessons and all lessons are completely free for you during this time.

 

So the only thing you have to do is to make sure you set your alarm clock so you don’t miss your favorite lesson.

 

You can participate by entering the ZOOM meeting by using the buttons below. The passcode for all lessons is SAP.

Monday 19.10.

8:30 AM Total body with Mili

4:30 PM Fat burn low impact with Jana

 

Tuesday 20.10.

8:30 AM Morning Yoga with Mili

 

Wednesday 21.10.

5:00 PM Yoga for healthy back with Bara

 

Thursday 22.10.

8:30 AM Athletic cardio with Mili

 

Friday 23.10.

8:30 Home circuit with Mili
