today we have for you the second part of our mini serie tips for healthy shoulders.

 

This time Dan is going to show you some basic exercises with the classic band and PVC bar.

 

You can use these exercises as a preparation for your training even if it is a push or a pull workout. You can also use it as rehabilitation when you feel pain in your shoulders
