Dear Clients,

 

in today’s post, we are going to talk about one of the best bodyweight exercises. Pull up is a basic bodyweight exercise which can help you strengthen your arms shoulders and back.

 

For many people, it’s very difficult to perform a classic pull up correctly so our trainer Pepa Soukup prepared for you a video where he explains the correct technique and shows the regressions but also progressions of the pull up exercise. For the video click on the picture below.
