today we would like to share with you another tip for great exercise which you can easily do at home. For the dead bug exercise, you don’t need any equipment just a comfortable spot where you can lie down.

 

This exercise is a great way how to strengthen your core and how to get rid of lower back pain. It also can help with your stability. These all are benefits that can help you perform other exercises better and prevent you from injuries.
