today we are gonna talk about cold water. For many people cold water means so kind of torture but it has a lot of benefits for you.
In long term cold water can stimulate your immune system prevent colds or accelerate your metabolism.
In short therm the benefits of cold water can be very useful especially for sportmen because application of the cold water after training will help you with your regeneration. Cold water reduces inflammatory processes in your muscles so it can reduce muscle pain after the workout which can be very useful for example when we have more practices in one day.
