today we would like to give a little bit of inspiration for your workout. This time we want to show the overhead press exercise.


Overhead press has many variations the most famous are for example the variation with the bar or unilateral variation with the dumbbell.


This exercise has many benefits it is not just that your shoulders are going to be bigger and stronger but also this exercise is a great prevention for shoulder injuries. So if you struggle with shoulder pain this exercise can be the solution to your problems.
