Dear Clients,


for many people, the leg day is usually not the favorite one but it can change if you know the ways how to do your workout more enjoyable. So we want to share with you a tip for your workout.


Bulgarian split squat is one of the best unilateral variations of the squat exercise. If you are tired of traditional squats this alternative is a great way how to make your leg day more interesting.


In the picture above you can see one of the weighted variations with dumbbells. It can also be performed with the bar or weighted vest.
