New week – new goals!
We continue our online lessons, below we have prepared group lessons for you
for the next week. Enjoy active mornings with us.

  Schedule for next week:

  • Tuesday 10AM- Flow Yoga with Bara
  • Wednesday 8AM- Healthy back with Mili
  • Thursday 8AM- Aero-body with Mili
You can participate by entering Zoom through the buttons below, just pick
your button. The links will be working without the button as well, just make sure
you are on the proper link at the right time, so you will not miss the lesson.
