our online group lessons are starting again after a small break. Here is schedule for next week.

  • Tuesday 4.8. 10 AM Flow yoga (Bara)
  • Wednesday 5.8. 7:30 AM Health back (Mili)
  • Thursday 6.8. 8 AM Total body workout (Mili)
