Daily Post 120 – Pull workout!

Dear Clients,

today Daniel will show you a 2-hour pull workout only in 2 minutes video.

In the “pull” workout you train all the upper body pulling muscles, i.e. the back and biceps. And in the “legs” workout you train the entire lower body, i.e. the quads, hamstrings, calves and glutes. This training is included SMR, warm up and cool down. Worth to try it!
