we continue with our group lessons, below you can find the schedule for next week. Enjoy all the lessons we have for you!

Schedule for next week:

Monday 10 AM – Pilates with Mili;
Tuesday 10 AM – Flow Yoga with Bára;
Thursday 9.15 AM – Feldenkrais Method with Eva.

You can participate by entering Zoom through the buttons below, just pick
your button. The links will be working without the button as well, just make sure
you are on proper link at the right time, so you will not miss the lesson.
