Pilates

Pilates method uses komplex range of excersices, which are performed on pad. During pilates you work on your full body strength, mainly deep abdominal and back muscles or pelvic bottom. Improve your posture, increase your condition, coordination and flexibility. Lose back and joints pain.

We recommend pilates to all beginners.

Dance Flow

with Nhung

The aim of this one-hour movement class is to, within a clear structure and in a liberating and playful way, connect the mind and body.
The class usually starts with a warm-up, including yoga, a body workout and stretching, followed by a practice on spatial movement, movement games, movement improvisation within a group, combining elements of physical theatre and dance theatre. The end of the class is dedicated to relaxation.

You know, there are no better options to either start yourself before or restart yourself after your working day than with boxing. Emptying your mind from problems, getting body awareness and enjoyment from exploring new paths. (Yes, boxing may be technical and smart, not just violent)

Trainings is in groups, but everyone is free to choose his own rhythm. Every training consists of 3 parts:

  • A) Motoric exercises + games focused on perception and balance
  • B) Technical part (focused on details)
  • C) Voluntary sparring/shadow boxing + strength and conditiong.

Lesson starts with breath excercise. Step by step you warm up in synchrony with breathing technics. Greeting the sun and go through more difficult excercises. Dynamics raises during the lesson. Enjoy asans and at the end there is a relaxation connected with pleasent music. Routine exercising of yoga helps to avoid or lose back pain. Body is becomming more flexible and vital.
